About Hratch Karamanoukian MD FACS RVT RPVI - Triple Board Certified Surgeon
Hratch Karamanoukian MD FACS RVT RPVI is Director of the Vascular Lab at Advanced Cardiac Surgery Associates PLLC and the Vein Treatment Center. He holds Board Certifications in Surgery (ABS, American Board of Surgery), Thoracic Surgery (ABTS, American Board of Thoracic Surgery), and Phlebology (Venous Disorders). He obtained his training at UCLA, the University of Southern California, and the University at Buffalo.
The Vein Treatment Center has an accredited Vascular Laboratory with highly experienced vascular technicians and provides a full spectrum of vascular diagnostic studies for arterial and venous conditions. Prompt and comprehensive reports will be provided to requesting physicians.
Diagnostic studies include upper and lower extremity arterial and venous Duplex studies (ultrasound and Doppler) to evaluate arterial blockage, Raynaud's disease, aortic and peripheral aneurysm diagnosis, carotid Doppler and a full spectrum of venous disorders (DVT and venous insufficiency).
Dr. Karamanoukian will personally call referring physicians with results of clinically significant problems - DVT, aneurysm, and carotid stenosis. Reports will be faxed and mailed and directed into referring physicians' EMR systems (upon request).
