What is Four-layer bandaging for venous leg ulcers ?
Layer 1: A wool bandage is applied from the base of the toes to just below the knee.
Layer 2: A crepe bandage.
Layer 3: An elastic compression bandage in a figure of eight fashion.
Layer 4: A cohesive layer.
